I am a Realtor based in Charlottesville, Virginia. I have lived in Charlottesville for twenty years and have been a Realtor for seven years. Recently I moved to/helped found a new boutique brokerage, (a href="http://www.realcentralva.com/2009/02/16/a-new-direction-nest-realty-group/")Nest Realty(/a), which is founded on the principles of doing "what is right" for the client and with a focus on the clients, rather than the brokerage. 

My focus is on client representation - whether that is Buyer-Brokerage or representing and marketing homes for sellers, and using technology wisely - not for the sake of using technology, but of using technology that will help my clients. 

I am actively involved in my community, Realtor associations at the local, state and national levels.
